Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed. Book online in under a minute, message us on WhatsApp, or call — our reception team will confirm a time that suits you.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Every treatment begins with a consultation. Our 60-second Smile Assessment can also point you in the right direction before you visit.
Do you offer treatment for nervous or anxious patients?
Yes. Ours is a calm, judgement-free environment. We explain each step, agree a "stop" signal, and never rush you.
Will I see what my new smile could look like before treatment?
For cosmetic and Smile Design treatments we provide digital previews, so you can see and approve your outcome before any clinical work begins.
Do you accept insurance, and how can I pay?
We work with many medical insurance covers — ask reception to confirm yours before your visit. We also accept M-Pesa, cards and bank transfer, and staged payment plans are available for larger treatments.
Do you see dental emergencies?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to see you the same day.
